The room perimeter expansion gap can be filled with foam rod, which also lessens the quantity of 100% flexible silicone sealant required during installation. Additionally, Black Backer Rod ensures that the silicone sealant remains close to the surface to effectively bridge the space between the wall and the top of the floor.
